This is a PYROGRAPH, burned into birch plywood, by manual PYROGRAPHY. 30 x 25 x 0.5 in
So : PYROGRAPHY - PYROGRAPHS (same as PHOTOGRAPHY - PHOTOGRAPHS) !!! Basically it's the same good ol' woodburning, just taken to another level : different tools, different technique, different approach. I'm using this "Sculpture & Crafts, Artisan Crafts, Woodworking" category to post my artwork, just because a "PYROGRAPHY" category is not yet created (hopefully it will be soon)... |
